Like the previous cave, the Cave of Cowardice isn't really tricky, it's just throwing more obstacles at you.
I decided to throw my ax away. It's OK early on but the crossbow or bow is a much better weapons for distances. I also gave away the cheese because I never really use it.
The last three caves can only be reached by ship, so it's a good thing I already had one.
The heart key at 3:45 doesn't serve a purpose, as far as I can remember.
At 10:40, you have two choices. The northern hole leads to a better shield, while the southern hole leads to the whip. You can get both on one playthrough by going north first.
Jhelom is one of the best towns in the game. Not only does it have the second best armor and some familiar faces from the first game, but it has Origin. 20:30 Here you can chat with some of the people who made the game. (In the previous game it was at Empath Abbey.)
If you played the first game, you will recognize the tune used when you place cheese on the ground.
