Tomato of EarthBound Central created a program called the EarthBound Reshuffler. It takes an EarthBound rom and randomly changes the enemies, sprites, music, and item names. The events are still the same.
"Angry Old" is the hack that I got. As you can see, it was a bit difficult. (The glitches during the battles are probably there because I may have applied the patch wrong.)
