The first room is another annoying level where you have to manipulate the eep eeps. This time you need four of them to press pressure plates for you (and you'll be trapped if you press them yourself.) My strategy was to bounce them into their rooms and push a boulder in front in case they kept bouncing. Not the best strategy and it'll probably take a while before all four doors line up for you. And don't forget to destroy the cobweb.
The second room is straight forward but you'll have to use the orb to find the hidden exit.
