As many of you know, there was a stretch goal for the upcoming indie fighter game, Fraymakers, to have me do an alternate metal soundtrack for the game. That was achieved and I've been working on the game for some time now making metal covers of some of my favorite indie game music. The team released this on Twittter so I thought I'd also release my guitar playthrough of the song.

I had the privelege of meeting the developer of Downwell at GDC in 2016 when I was there for the award ceremony. Super awesome guy and I remember DannyB asking me why I haven't done any of it's music yet. I'm so glad I finally have such an awesome reason to really take on this song with all I've got! This song really worked so well for the style so it was a blast working on.

I actually didn't use real amps for this one, this one's all the Nolly Neural DSP plugin which I've taken a new liking to. It's fun having all these different options and I'm super lucky for that. Hope you enjoy the sound of it!
