Urinating In Public Leads to DWI in Ventnor, NJ  @EyesofanOfficer

Ventnor, NJ law enforcement encountered a disabled veteran, Kevin in a series of events that led to his arrest. The police observed Kevin urinating in public, and upon making contact, noticed his unzipped pants. Kevin, who appeared confused and mentioned recent relationship issues, was stopped in the middle of the road after exiting his vehicle. The officer detected a slow speech pattern and conducted field sobriety tests. Kevin showed signs of impairment and reported being a disabled veteran on medication. Subsequent tests indicated Kevin's difficulty following instructions and maintaining balance. Police placed Kevin under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Before leaving the scene, an open bottle of 100ML Vodka was found by law enforcement.
