I use the OmniFocus To Do app, but Apple’s free Reminders keeps adding excellent features. Such as this: add a reminder, set a time for it, then scroll down and turn on Urgent. The first time you do this, Reminders will tell you about it and ask if you’re sure. But if you are then an Urgent Reminder will come through on this device even if the phone is silenced.
