I’ll link to a video showing you how to do this on the Mac, but on iPhone, Safari lets you reopen tabs you’ve closed. Let me close this one, and now in this view, there is that Plus sign at bottom left. If you were to tap that once, you’d get a new, blank tab. But press and hold, and instead you see a list of tabs you’ve recently closed.
