To quickly make a new note in Apple Notes for iPhone, add a button to Control Centre. Swipe down for Control Centre, press and hold on a blank spot, then tap Add a Control. You may well see Quick Note already on your screen, but otherwise you can tap in the search field and look for it. When you’ve got it, tap and it’s added to your Control Centre. If Control Centre is full, it’ll go on a new page, but you can tap to remove unwanted controls and rearrange what you need. Tap again to finish editing and you’re done.
