A simple but fun multiplayer shooter that has good gunplay and a grappling system that adds a lot of verticality and speed. It's free and also has a modding scene behind it, something you don't see all the time in multiplayer games. It's somewhat limited though in weapon variety and weapon customization, and sometimes you will come across cheaters or hackers. But that's something that unfortunately occurs in every multiplayer game, and it hasn't impacted my enjoyment of the game too much. It can also be a good game to practice aiming in fast paced environments if it's something you wanna brush up on but get bored of aim trainers too easily. Either way, if you're looking for a more casual multiplayer shooter, give Redmatch 2 a try.
Notes:
- 3 hours in so far. I feel like I can get a lot of mileage out of it in terms of hours. But it's not something I would play for hours on end.
- Mods are really easy to install. Once the mod from the workshop is download, just enable it by dragging the mod in the mod menu.
- Each match can either be easier or harder depending on the conditions set for the server.
