On September 5-13, 1994, the United Nations held a conference on population control in Cairo, Egypt. Since the United Nations officially came into existence on October 24, 1945, three world conferences on population have been held. The first conference, Bucharest World Population Conference, dates back to 1974. Ten years later Mexico City hosted the second International Conference on Population. The last world conference, the Cairo International Conference on Population and Development, was held 1994. Two other conferences on population have been convened. The first one in 1954 in Rome. The second one in Belgrade in 1965. In 1999 a Special Session of the General Assembly on Population was held in New York. The conference in 1994 was attended by 179 governmental delegations from UN Member States, 7 observers at governmental level, the European Union and several hundred NGOs. Several thousand media representatives covered the Conference.
The Conference adopted the Programme of Action, which emphasized the fundamental role of women’s interests in population matters and introduced the concepts of sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights. A new definition of population policy was advanced, giving prominence to reproductive health and the empowerment of women.
Why was the conference of 1994 held in Cairo, Egypt? Was there a hidden agenda at work? It is interesting to note that in the Bible and in Bible prophecy, Egypt is a type or microcosm of the world. Could it be that the evil spirits that guided Pharoah of ancient Egypt are guiding the people of the institution of the United Nations? In ancient Egypt in the time of the Jewish slaves, Pharoah had a "population problem" in which a plan was devised by the Pharaoh to "deal wisely" with the population of the Israelites because they were more and mightier than the Egyptians. The Pharoah's feared that they would join their mortal enemies and fight against them:
"And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we: Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land" (Exodus 1:9-10).
This is the same "problem" that is currently being addressed at the United Nations for some time now. U.N. insiders are currently attempting to establish a world government in which they can control the populations of the world. At the population control conference, the world, represented by the various nation's representatives, "went to Egypt." Prophetically speaking, there is a theme that keeps playing out in the theme of Egypt and it's microcosm representation of the world. It is a known fact that the Luciferic elite that secretly run the world plan a depopulation of earth. That plan ties into biblical prophecy. We again see the Egypt theme in this plan (See links below).
