Today is the anniversary of the UFO Incident at Exeter New Hampshire. This was first reported to the Exeter Police by then teenager, and now highly appreciated, Norman Muscarello on the morning of 3 September 1965.
He gave his sighting report to Officer Eugene Bertrand, an Air Force veteran, who then returned to the scene with him.
What follows is Officer Bertrand's own voice documenting what he observed... with my artwork foreground.
