So, I finally looked deeper into Cascade particles, so now I got some new effects for Dispersion pistol (and also ASMD, blood hits and some other).
Had to improvise my own elecrtic arc BP, since UE4 beam partciles are not that handy in terms of flexibility and simplicity.

Surprisingly, theres a way to have vertex animations in UE4 (which are not supported directly since UT3/UDK) using special shader materials.
Similar to morph targets, this approach has its own flaws tho.
