So this was fun... Two Vertical Bar Climbing (to a pull-up at the top). And yes, this stuff IS my idea of fun :)
I will definitely be doing it again because it was incredible training for the back and grip (even the lower chest to some degree because of the angle of pull of the arm).

It brings in so much muscle mass of the upper body and requires so much sustained effort that I would almost call it an "upper body squat"... I was gasping for air by the end of each set.
I've got two barbells set in a stack of bumper plates to keep them vertical (same setup as that inside plate-transfer challenge I posted before).
