Roundhouse Band Stepping... This one is AWESOME for rotational core strength and force transfer training.
If you're an athlete (especially a combat athlete) or just looking for a stronger, more powerful core in general, you'll want to try this one.
By the time I had finished 12 rounds of this (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, alternating sides), my deep core muscles (obliques and TVA) were so trashed I could barely keep my torso upright.

I've got a single band hitched to the rack post in front of me. The band is then looped around the BACK of my body to the opposite hand (so the band comes around your right side and loops around your back and onto your left wrist).
In that hand, I'm holding a 90 lb kettlebell.
This kettlebell (or a dumbbell is fine) acts as resistance and as an anchor for the band so it doesn't pull your arm back too much.
