Day 4
As Goombario and I descended the summit, a star kid bumped into us. His name is Twink and he's been in contact with Peach! He told me that Peach wished for someone to help her, so he came to grant her wish, but since he's just a little guy he can only do so much. Twink gave me a Lucky Star. She's alive. Peach sent Twink with a message for me as well. She doesn't want me to worry about her. I can't promise that, but I am glad to hear she's unharmed.
Not all was well though as a magikoopa followed Twink here in order to get to me. This was a novice magikoopa though, so he was easy to beat. I told Twink to stay by Peach's side and find out any information he can. I also told him to keep her safe. Twink said he will keep his promise and flew off. What a brave little guy. Peach will feel better knowing I'm ok.
Toad ran into us as we made it back into town. He told me that Merlon, the nearby wizard, was looking for me. Merlon told me that he can see into the future and can see where I need to go next. He said that a Star Spirit is being held at the Koopa Bros. Fortress to the east. Merlon has always had correct predictions, so we started to head east.
Well, we would head east if some strange Toads weren't blocking the way. I told Merlon about them and Merlon was just as confused as I was. He used his magic to reveal that the Toads were actually the Koopa Bros. in disguise! The Koopa Bros. ran away. Merlon left me with one piece of advice. I'll need the help of a blue-shelled koopa before I enter the fortress. He suggested I stop at Koopa Village before I get there.
Well, we headed east this morning. We went to check if we could even reach the Koopa Bros. Fortress but the bridge was out. There was a lone switch on the other side. Koopa Village wasn't too far so we decided to stop there. I'm glad we did. They have a massive fuzzy invasion!
