Day 28
The creatures that stole the keys to the Fire Temple weren't hard to spot. They looked like massive snurgles. Zelda believes these are the bigger variant called snurglars.
I followed the advice of the gorons and used my train whistle to get each one to stop. Then I shot them with a cannon. I was able to catch the keys quickly. Each one opened up the door to the Fire Temple.
It's really hot inside the Fire Temple. Zelda believes we must be on top of the mountain itself. There's no doubt about it. The ground is rumbling very slightly. It must be due to the volcano.
I did eventually find a bow and a quiver of arrows here. I'm not that good of a shot, but hopefully my experience here will give me enough practice. I also found a minecart system here. I hope the minecart will lead me to where the monster is.
