Brass plumbing tee (1” by 1” by 3/4”). Handle is unknown oily hardwood, possibly cocobolo. Turned handle shaped with flats at top and bottom for improved grip by using rectangular blank. Handle is threaded and epoxied in place. Turned faces are hard maple, grain patterning brought out when polished with brass tee. One flat and one rounded. Threaded into place only so they can be replaced. Handle and faces sanded to 400 grit, then Ack’s abrasive paste (giving the maple the antique appearance) and carnauba wax.
