This blog post was one that has stuck in the memory but I’ve never tried. Gymnasts are well known for some of the best strength conditioning and expressions of what we try to emulate in bodyweight training. Whilst I am lower on recovery capacity, I wanted to try this program and share my own version. Give it a go or make your own and mix it up!
