This Spanish Stick fighting is brought to us by three fencing masters from the 19th cent:
Don Antonio Heraud y Clavijo de Soria, Don Antonio Álvarez García & Liborio Vendrell y Eduart
The style should be very well known in Spain at that time and is more or less the same in the different books.
This video demonstrates the Trepidación a fencing footwork which makes you move more fluent to give better ripostes aufter your parry. It is well used in our presented Stick fighting system but also very usable for sabre fencing. For all Martial Arts footwork counts a lot and this particular one is relatively unknown from written sources of HEMA fencing!
