Just a small commissioned piece done for a friend's personal endeavors a few weeks back. Thought it sounded neat, so I figured I'd showcase it here since I haven't had much to share lately!
The theme is supposed to be 90's styled space mech anime, drawing inspirations from anime such as Gundam and Evangelion.

This is an updated version of a would-be Robotnik theme for my Sonic Shift fan-soundtrack. Compositionally, its basically identical to the original. However, the original had some weird things going on with compression and distortion, and frankly I had too many instruments competing for attention in the mix. The new version features a deeper key, clearer EQ and compression, and a generous cutting back/deleting of some of the extra instruments that were causing the original to sound so muddled.
