Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, George Street, A person fell under the tram in the CBD at approximately 11:55 PM Wednesday 10th May , some people shouted at the driver to stop but he did not pull up until he reached the "Chinatown" stop 100 yards on across Goulburn street down Brickfield Hill. At present half an hour later (Thursday 11th May) the Police emergency response and fire brigade are working on getting to the person whom appears to be deceased.
[Updated] It was fatal, The first police vehicle to arrive took 5 minutes at 600 meters to the police station in central CBD, The responding technical emergency crew were ten minutes to arrive, and it was two hours before the technical crew cleared their tools. The tram weighs around 40 tonnes and the only sensible way of getting under it would be a 50 to 80 tonne capacity crane , or heavy ram jack system to tilt the tram.
A sixteen year old girl was the victim.

After I leaved the area an hour after the incident , the light rail vehicle had not at any time been lifted or tilted by anything by any means! period!

Test with a 2500w continuous output pure sine wave inverter, 12vDC to 240vAC 50Hz, acquired on ebay , wind turbine and hybrid controller obtained on aliexpress postal.
[IMPORTANT NOTE: Recently i have found an inverter that will operate the 32Lt. Microwave at 240v AC from 12v , it requires to be a LF low frequency pure sine wave of 6000w continuous and 12000 watts surge rating - found on ebay DOT com DOT au]
The before mentioned(if in a video here) microwave oven(32 Lt. max - 2300w output convection) ran for a few seconds then switched off. It seems inclusive when at 50 percent power it takes short bursts of 3600w but also drops to 500w intermittently. I then put my PC on the inverter successfully operating software i have written.
Other things operated successfully as test by the inverter (completely) were a 1000w grill element oven(cooked sausages) and a 2300w vacuum cleaner plane sux for 15 minutes(or until battery too low if i want).")
