This store is in the middle of George street Sydney Australia, an open till late corner store for obscure South East Asians and middle eastern under the guise of being an international transport logistics office for delivery and bills of lading etc.
In the first world, in a European colony of people, and as a diverse group of nationalities there is always a requirement for import and export and 24 hour corner stores.
You well know "711" brand 24 hour stores.
While the Chinese in British colonies (and other countries) have some reasonably strange products on the shelves only applicable to their historic culture, it cannot get stranger than finding an extremely off beat open till late similar to 711 where Thai cold fruit drinks are across the shop floor and Indian (Britains Commonwealth of India) middle eastern iced dairy treats are on the other side. That's not all, various concoctions that passed customs border service in cellophane packaging with illicit badly described and badly titled fruits sometimes get taken from the shelf that come from regions in the world little understood or known, including religious items that may be the needs of a witch doctor and were surely not Buddhist(neither Chinese).

It was not actually the wind being the problem. I later found its brake function was in operation, HOWEVER, that does not matter, this video may as well be read interpreted and watched as what is being said in the sound track because it is exactly the same with wind and the turbine set at that height and no brake on!
Wind moves not only in layers but also veins/pockets and affected by turbukence of objects down low below 12 meters altittude.")
