Done with the EPC exe. This is an easy variation on the glitchless glitch/gg glitch/forward + roll bug whatever. I had to press right just after releasing grab and then I pressed forward+right+roll (maybe forward+roll would also work). So I released ctrl then right, then right+forward+roll. There's no setup you just have to go to the far left, I failed once, apparently I wasn't far enough but it seems consistent.
