If you jump against the wall at the edge of a block and hold strafe, Lara will go down instantly. It also works without jumping but it's more precise. I hope it can be used in RTA. Apparently the original glitch were you stop in the middle of a ledge at 45° is called sidestep descending, so it's a variation of the sidestep descending glitch, where you bump against the wall so it puts you at the right place in the middle of the edge.
