Day 24 of getting back into running, with the plan of doing a 40-miler for my 40th next July.
An extremely busy day at work just fried my brain. Had a pretty chill day and just played some video games for the evening.

So who am I?
Just a 39-year-old guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it. I like food, cats, music, and being outside. My gf Jamie is pretty awesome too :)
