Today we are taste testing the new Oggi vegan pizzas which use a vegan cheese, Beyond crumbles, and a cauliflower crust. These are gluten-free as well as vegan.
The Siciliana style is mozza, red onions, and Beyond.
The Americana has a finer shredded cheese, more veggies like peppers and zucchini, and Beyond.

So who am I?
Just a mid-30s guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it.
