Welcome back to my series on the channel where we make a nice homecooked Sunday dinner, something perhaps a touch fancier than usual, while listening to some classical music.
In this one, we make a veganized version of the viral baked feta pasta dish, and pair it with a nice sourdough garlic bread. Oh, and it's Jamie's birthday!

So who am I?
Just a 38-year-old guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it. I like food, cats, music, and being outside. My gf Jamie is pretty awesome too :)
