This Vietnam Airlines 787-9 business class experience pretty much confirmed to me that this is one of the best airlines in Asia.

Even though the seat and the food was only slightly above average, it was the onboard service from the cabin crew which made it something to remember.

I had a seat 4K on this flight from Tokyo Narita to Ho Chi Minh City. Total flying time was 5 hours and 40 minutes, and the aircraft registration was VN-A866.
