The last time I flew from Mexico City to Tijuana on an Aeromexico 737, it was a dirty (and slightly disappointing) experience. I'm happy to report that things have changed with the introduction of the 737 MAX 9 to the fleet. Premier Class now lives up to it's name!

This is a full review of Aeromexico flight number 176 from Mexico City (MEX) to Tijuana (TIJ). My final destination was San Diego, but since the Tijuana Airport straddles the US/Mexico border, it was close enough.

For all my fellow airplane dorks: the registration of this aircraft was XA-IMH, and my seat for this 3 hour and 45 minute flight was 3F.
