Found by Savestate's angle finding app. Walk over here, align to 0x4000 (by facing very slightly to the right of that, then holding ess up until the camera stops turning), then do 82 ESS taps left to reach 0x8090, then drop. Hold down ESS for a few frames to do some turns but let go before Link facing down towards the camera, as that will mess up your angle. (You cannot Z Target while doing Walking While Talking SRM, so you can't do normal ESS taps with Z)
