Yet another place for this trick
How to do:
1. Go near the fence and get the same angle as me. The angle is very important but not very precise. If you have the wrong angle the guard will catch you.

3. Get in the same spot as me and perform it. This can be difficult with the fence getting in the way of your camera. You can then longshot the flagpole. Don't look too far right or you will be caught.
