This was on Monday February 26th 2024 at approximately 1209, outside of the Melnea Cass community and recreational center, which is now housing for migrants. This is a follow-up video from my previous video where I was threatened with arrest by tiny tyrant Depina 3 separate times within 5 minutes. I was on scene with External Affairs Porter, within minutes of us being there the Boston Police showed up to keep an eye on us. They approached after about 5 minutes, and were told to call the State Police and/or their supervisor. They made a phone call and informed us Depina was the shift supervisor again.
State police showed up on scene before Depina and the first thing they said was they don't know why they keep being called out for us filming on public properly. After about 5 minutes' worth a conversation with the state police they went and spoke to Depina, who then retreated back to his vehicle. Only to dare me to step back on State Property as he just witnessed, I was. He let me know that he has seen the video, by telling me I should resolve my 2 open cases first.
