Highlights of one year of sky changes through a window in the trees of my yard, in Mobile, Alabama. Texture, color, type of cloud and motion, all in timelapse in the year 2020. Cirrus, altocumulus, stratus, cumulus with sunshine and sunsets- the beauty of the seasons, via natural art.

$It’s a Halo, not a Rainbow, Around the Sun! If you ever see a ring around the sun or moon that looks like a rainbow, its not! A rainbow only happens when its raining in the direction of your shadow, with the sun on the other side of you. What you see around the sun or moon is a halo. Its a cousin of a rainbow, caused by refraction and reflection and it could be seen anywhere on Earth, any time of the year, as long as you have a veil of cirrus clouds.
