Hurricane Harvey rained on eastern Texas for 4 days in late August of 2017. It left historic amounts of rainfall leading to extensive flooding, and it took dozens of lives. It was the 2nd most expensive hurricane to ever strike the United States, with at least 125 billion dollars of damage.
