-Cool Peri Alcohol Ink
-Alcohol Blending Solution

-Opaque Texture Paste
-Palette Knife
Ranger:
Ranger Heat Tool

Instructions:
-Apply Opaque Texture Paste through the Bouquet stencil using a palette knife. Let dry completely.
-Add Alcohol Blending Solution over entire panel.
-Add Alcohol Pearls in Splendor, Enchanted, Alchemy to color in your flowers.
-Add more ink and more Alcohol Pearls if desired. Let dry or dry with heat tool.
-Use Cool Peri Alcohol Ink to fill in any open areas. Let dry or dry with heat tool.
-Trim panel to size. Mount to a mat.
-Mount matted panel onto a notecard.
-Add string, photobooth photo and small talk sticker to finish your card.
