✨ Gothic glam meets shimmer and shine! ✨
Watch @cheiron create a vibrant Halloween tag using @timholtz Alcohol Pearls, Alcohol Inks and Alcohol Neon, layered with Sparkle Texture Paste for a little extra Halloween magic. Texture is added to the tag with the Sizzix Ringer Vault embossing folder and the raised areas are sanded with a sanding disc to reveal the core of the paper for even more texture. The background is paired with the Boo and bats from the Vault Gothic Portraits dies for a hauntingly beautiful focal point. 🖤 Mixing mediums is where the magic happens. -Yupo Paper
-Alcohol Blending Solution
-Alcohol Ink Blower
-Alcohol Pearls: Deception, Splendor, Alchemy, Villainous
-Alcohol Inks: Dandelion, Valencia, Purple Twilight
-Alcohol Neons: Caution
Tim Holtz Distress:
-Sparkle Texture Paste
- Palette Knife
Ranger
-Mini Ink Blending Tool
-Sanding Disk
SIzzix Vault
-Ringer Embossing Folder
-Gothic Portraits Dies
Tag Die
Instructions:
-Cut tag from Yupo Paper.
-Add Alcohol Blending Solution.
-Drip Alcohol Inks and Pearls onto Blending Solution, move with Alcohol Ink Blower. Let dry or dry with heat tool.
-Add Alcohol Neons, move with Alcohol Ink Blower. Let dry or dry with heat tool.
-Place tag into Ringer Embossing Folder and emboss.
-Using a Blending Tool and a Sanding Disk, sand lightly on the raised surface to reveal the core of the paper.
-Add stitching to tag if desired.
-Add splatter using Black Soot Distress Paint
-Color boo with Alcohol Inks and Pearls
-Add additional cut outs and glue together to create dimension
-Add Boo to the tag using foam tape
-Add bats to the tag using foam taps.
-Using a palette knife add Sparkle Paste to areas of the tag and the boo sentiment. Let dry (will dry clear).
