Supplies:
Simon Hurley create:
-Stamp Set: Blooming Butterflies w/dies
-Scrap of Stark White Cardstock
-Stellar Ink: Guppy
-DIY Stellar Ink Pad with a tiny bit of Game Over at the top, Love Struck, Traffic Cone, Shooting Star
-Solar Paste: Trust Fund, Pity Party
-Clear Foam Tape
-Spatula

Instructions:
-Trim the A2 distress heavy stock to 4 x 5.25
-Paint the flowers and let dry
-Scoop a little bit of Solar Paste (Pity Party) and water it down. It needs to be runny enough to let go of the brush when you press it gently to the paper
-The tip of the brush is the tip of the flower. Press the tip of the brush to the paper and add a little pressure. The more pressure you add the wider the petal gets. The more you allow the brush to flatten to the paper the longer the petal will get
-Paint the leaves and let dry
-Scoop a little bit of solar paste (trust fund) and water it down just like you did for the petals
-Very gently paint the stems in using a light hand
-Paint the leaves by placing the tip of the brush at the stem and pull away from the stem allowing the brush to flatten against the paper as you near the end of the leaf gently pull the brush in a light flick. Let dry
-On the Stark white paper stamp the butterflies & sentiment you would like to use
Stamp the main body with DIY ink blend + the inside body parts and sentiment with Guppy
-Die cut the butterflies and fussy cut the sentiment
-Color in the images
-Adhere handpainted background to the base with foam tape
-Add clear foam tape to the back of the butterflies and place on card
-Add your sentiment
