Instructions:
-Splatter page with Island Parrot paint
-Paint a sheet of mixed media cardstock with Tangerine Dream Ink, cover with plastic wrap, dry + draw voodoo doll image
-Outline voodoo doll image with Posca paint pen, collage on doll with collage sheets + sew into doll with baker’s twine
-Cut doll in half (down the middle of the image)
-Cut a slit into splattered journal page wide enough to accommodate zipper, glue zipper into the slit. Glue doll image on both sides of zipper
-Glue splattered journal page with zipper voodoo doll on it to the page behind, gluing only the outer three sides to form a pocket for zipper
-Melt Dyamond rocks onto round Dyamond boards, decorate them with dust + glue to a piece of black card stock, draw + cut out needle shape
-Doodle journal page + stick pens using a white Posca paint pen, wrap stick pens with baker’s twine, add charms using black jump rings, stick into zipper pocket.
-Create a button for doll’s eye using Dyamond board +clear Dyamond Rocks, punch hole into board + thread baker’s twine into holes. Glue to image
-Journal quote onto spread
