This was a Southern rail replacement service from East Croydon to East Grinstead, a service that only had three buses from 7am to 7:30am. Out of the three buses that operated, this was the only fast service, which meant this was the only double decker, all the all stations services were both E200 MMCs.

503 (YN18SCV) is a Southdown Buses Scania N250UD Alexander Dennis Enviro400 MMC from their Crawley Down (CD) garage.
