I am at Taphouse on the Edge in South Bend, IN. I came in to do their monster melt challenge but learned that there is a larger challenge that @RandySantel created. This bigger challenge consists of smashed bacon cheese burgers in between grilled cheese sandwiches where two of the grilled cheeses are made with ghost pepper cheese! It is served with a huge portion of their loaded tots that are smothered in spicy queso, bacon, and lots and lots (and lots) of their house made jalapenos. With this larger challenge I will have 30 minutes to complete this and if I do I will get the meal for free, get a T-shirt and go up on their Wall of Fame and joind the few who have completed the Randy Santel Monster Melt Challenge!
