Today, I'm at Chido's Tacos in Springfield, OH and I'm taking on their monster burrito challenge. This burrito is loaded with ground beef, shredded chicken, rice and beans, and pico. Its then somthered with enchilada sauce and more cheese. I will have 45 minutes to complete this and if I do I will get the $40 meal for free and receive a $40 gift card as well! There has only been one winner of this challenge so far and I am hoping to become the second to complete this. With a little luck and help from my new manager Aaron, I just may do it.
