Today Amber and I are in Gatlinburg, TN at The Loco Burro where they have a spicy burrito challenge called the Chihuahua. This burrito is filled with rice, refried beans, black beans, beef, cheese and lots of habanero peppers. Its topped with chili con carne, pico de gallo, guacamole, and jalapeno peppers. I will have 30 minutes to complete this and if I do, I will get the meal for free, an awesome t-shirt, and a donkey ride! This is one spicy chihuahua! I was starting to sweat early on. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Loco Burro for the hospitality and good food!
