I am at Walkers in Branson, MO where I have been invited to take on their undefeated Chipocalypse challenge. Walkers is a zombie themed restaurant specializing in customizable walking tacos. The Chipocalypse is an enormous version of that starting out with a party size bag of chips of your choosing and then it gets every topping they have. Beef, Chicken, corn beans, lettuce, salsa, olives, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, jalapenos, habaneros, sour cream, and an assortment of sauces ranging from mild to wild! I will have a very short twenty minutes to complete this and if I do I will get the meal for free, $100 in cold hard cash, receive a last responder shirt, and become the first person to sign the Wall of Survivors! This taco is tipping the scales at nearly 8lbs and has almost three dozen fails! Thank you to William and his family for inviting us to attempt this huge challenge, we'll stop by next time we're in Branson for a smaller version!
