I am at Kelsey's Steakhouse in Valparaiso, IN and I'm here to attempt their 6lb steak challenge. This challenge consists of a 96 ounce steak and two sides. Challengers get to choose between soup or salad and several potato options ranging from baked potato, fries, or loaded mashed. I chose their delicious french onion soup and loaded mashed potatoes. I will have one hour to complete this and if I do I will get the $90 meal for free, a winner's shirt, and join the handful of people that have won over the years. Thank you to the incredible staff at Kelsey's for letting us come in and take on this massive steak and for reminding us that not everything is bigger in Texas!
