In today’s episode, I’m in the tiny town of Hollowayville, Illinois, a place so small it only has a population of 44! But don’t let the size fool you, because there's a restaurant packing one of the biggest food challenges around, Tony’s Butt Shack and their massive “Butt Buster” Challenge. This feast includes 8 St. Louis–style BBQ ribs, 1 pound of smoked beef brisket, and another full pound of tender pulled pork. On top of that, there’s a smoked meatloaf sandwich loaded with cheese between two thick slices of Texas toast. You'll also get over a pound of macaroni and cheese plus a pound of Tony’s signature fried potato salad. You’ve got just 45 minutes to finish it all. If you succeed, your $60 meal is free, you’ll earn a t-shirt, and your photo on the wall of fame!
