In the last episode of my Las Vegas Trip, I'm at the Omelet House in Henderson, Nevada. They offer a "Monster Omelet" Challenge that is literally the size of an infant! It consists of a 12-egg omelet with cheddar cheese, onions, ham, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, and chili. On the side, you'll get a massive amount of spuds (sliced potatoes). You'll also get a piece of banana bread or another one of the side options of your choice. You have one hour to complete the challenge to get your name on the Wall Of Fame and a t-shirt. This is a pay-to-play so you will have to pay $36.95 to attempt the "Monster Omelet" Challenge.
