In today’s episode, I’m in Bend, Oregon, to take on a long-standing food challenge at Sidelines Sports Bar. It’s called the Triple Bi-Pass Burger Challenge, and it’s been around for over a decade. Many have tried to beat it, but only a handful have succeeded. The challenge includes six beef patties, twelve slices of bacon, ten ounces of ham, six slices of cheddar cheese, six slices of Swiss, three fried eggs, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles—all stacked between two grilled cheese sandwiches instead of regular buns. It’s served with a massive pile of fries surrounding the burger. You’ve got 45 minutes to finish everything. If you do, the $45 meal is free!
