I thought getting an RV factory tour would be simple.
After an incredible experience touring Grand Design, I headed to Brinkley expecting to learn more about how their RVs are built. Instead, I found myself in one of the strangest and most awkward experiences I've had in the RV industry.
What should have been a simple factory tour turned into a wild goose chase across Goshen and Elkhart, Indiana. Between confusing directions, unanswered phones, being asked for business cards I don't have, and getting sent from building to building at Forest River, I got a firsthand look at how different RV manufacturers treat potential customers.
