It does not happen often that there are new strats found in this game that has been glitch hunted and grinded for years and it happens ESPECIALLY rarely that the strat found has such a giant impact on the overall run time! An old friend is back in "Rictuskipra", a strat that enables us to fully skip the Rictusempra Challenge without having to play any part of it by simply leaving through the entrance quickly enough before it closes. The problem: This strat was said to only work on a high framerate (120 FPS) which is not allowed for runs anymore due to the way that cutscenes skip faster on higher framerates.
So how are we going to manage this skip on 60FPS now? Once again the brightness slider in the menu comes into play to make the game lag and give us juuuuust enough time with that to squeeze through the door and make it out of the challenge! A very difficult and precise but it is very worth it in terms of timesave in the end!
But are we going to be able to learn this new and difficult way of doing that strat? And are we even going to be able to PB with it or is my previous time to strong? I hope you are going to enjoy the journey to figure those things out in this video, thank you so much for watching!
