I was looking forward to this run before we even started it since it seemed like the perfect challenge to me and suited to what I enjoy most: Playing a game I know a lot about while having to route it in my head and on the fly using all Speedrun Tricks at my disposal! At first I wanted to collect ALL Wizard cards instead of just All Silver Cards but we realized very early in that it would be basically impossible, at least without having to buy cards which is usually not allowed in All Wizard Cards Categories. The reason for that is that some level have a clear Bronze Card surplus so alternating between the card colors would be impossible for them.
In the end I really did enjoy this Memerun a lot and it was a nice mix of just chill and straightforward gameplay together with some stretches that needed some creative thinking and interesting problem solving. My Highlight of this run is certainly the Slytherin Level and the way we resolved that even though I have to admit that I made it unnecessarily complicated for myself during that level. I hope you are going to enjoy this kind of Memerun as much as I do, I always love it whenever we get around to do them!
The Rules:
We are trying to collect ALL 40 Silver Cards in the game BUT I am not allowed to collect 2 Silver Cards in a row and instead have to alternate between Silver and Bronze. Buying Cards is not allowed. Whenever we visit a level that has a possible distribution of Silver and Bronze cards I will try to collect all cards in set level, if there are 2 more Bronze than Silver Cards I can skip one of the Bronze ones though!
